€2,000 travel allowance for every client who purchases a property through MK Real Estate in Spain, Turkey or Florida.
What does the program include?
- Flights + accommodation for the on-site viewing trip (up to €2,000)
- Local driver / car for travelling between properties
- English-speaking host at on-site negotiations
- Lawyer coordination throughout the entire purchase
- NIE number / LLC / citizenship administration
Conditions of participation
- The property is purchased through MK Real Estate
- The full purchase process is completed within 12 months
- The travel allowance is up to 1% of the purchase price or €2,000 (whichever is lower)
- Original travel receipts must be submitted at the time of purchase
