Personal meeting at the first property viewing — the starting line
During the tour we visit several developments and turnkey properties, so you can compare locations, views, quality and prices. This starts the 60-day period during which you may qualify for the refund if you buy.

You can choose from the properties we recommend or projects you have found yourself. In the latter case it is important to notify us first, before contacting anyone, so we can approach the seller or developer on your behalf — that is how we can guarantee the refund.

Decide within 60 days and we refund €2,000 of travel costs
If you reserve one of the presented properties within 60 days of the first viewing, we refund you €2,000 after the contract is signed and the first instalment is paid (deposit for off-plan, full price for completed properties).

Premium Buyer Program — terms and conditions
1. Purpose of the program
The purpose of the Premium Buyer Program is to provide participating buyers with personalised property presentations in Spain and, in case of a successful purchase, a refund of €2,000.
2. Conditions of participation
Participation in the program is voluntary and free of charge.
Anyone intending to buy property in the Costa del Sol or Costa Blanca region may participate.
The program officially begins with attendance at the first in-person property presentation arranged and organised by Krant Estates Magyarország.
Krant Estates Magyarország may carry out preliminary searches and consultations based on the client’s needs even before the official start of the program.
A condition of participation is that the participant buys from the new-build, under-construction or off-plan properties offered by Krant Estates Magyarország. A resale property may only be purchased under the program with the prior written approval of Krant Estates Magyarország.
The participant must present their flight and accommodation booking in advance, or prove their existence.
3. Conditions of the refund
The €2,000 refund is only due if the property purchase is brokered by Krant Estates Magyarország.
No refund is due for a property where the participant has previously registered directly with the developer or seller and Krant Estates Magyarország is therefore not entitled to a brokerage fee.
If the participant selects a property or project not previously recommended by Krant Estates Magyarország, they must first notify Krant Estates Magyarország so that contact with the seller or developer is handled by Krant Estates Magyarország.
The reservation must take place within 60 days of the first presentation, unless the parties agree in writing to an extension.
A condition of the refund is that the participant keeps Krant Estates Magyarország informed in writing throughout the purchase process of the current status and progress of the reservation and/or purchase, and of every material step affecting the transaction.
4. Payment of the refund
For under-construction and off-plan properties, the refund is paid when the sale contract has been signed and the deposit paid.
For completed properties, the refund is due when the full purchase price has been settled.
If Krant Estates Magyarország and the buyer agree on a refund amount different from the standard €2,000, Krant Estates Magyarország pays the individually agreed amount after receiving the brokerage commission for the transaction from the developer. Receipt of the developer commission may take up to 60 days depending on the developer’s settlement and payment terms.
The standard €2,000 refund is paid in cash or by bank transfer within 15 working days from the day the developer confirms that the buyer’s required payment has arrived. The individually agreed refund amount is subject to the rule above tied to receipt of the developer commission.
5. Other provisions
The organiser reserves the right to modify the terms of the program, of which participants will be informed in writing.
By participating in the program, the participant accepts these terms.
