Our team

Our Budapest office is home to a close-knit, professional team: three experienced sales advisors, a meticulous administrator and a dedicated marketing team led by István — supported by founder Mark Krant and his son, Mark Jr.

Lauren Krant, Mark’s daughter, strengthens the team as property consultant for the Dutch market, expanding our international network and ensuring the highest level of service for Dutch clients.

In Istanbul, Murat Soyaltay represents the brand within MM GLOBAL Real Estate Consulting Trade Co. Ltd., managing local developer relationships and supporting clients interested in the Turkish market.

A message from our founder – Mark Krant

I have worked in international real-estate investment for more than 20 years, so I know exactly how complex — and at times uncertain — buying property abroad can feel, especially the first time. That is precisely why I created Krant Estates.

Over my career I have built and led international sales teams, negotiated hundreds of property transactions and helped hundreds of investors find secure, income-generating solutions. I am convinced that buying abroad can also be simple, transparent and rewarding — when it is in the right hands.

With my long-standing team we offer not just properties, but full advisory, legal and banking support — across three countries, with a local presence and hands-on help.
